Diretor Comercial da Fiagril toma posse na diretoria da Andav

Fiagril’s Commercial Director, Marcos Castro, took office for the second mandate as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Agricultural and Veterinary Input Distributors – Andav, for the 2022/2023 biennium.

The ceremony that installed Castro and 36 other board members was held on March 18, in Indaiatuba (SP). On the occasion, it brought together representatives of entities with related purposes and of the agribusiness.

For this biennium, Andav will have voluntary representatives from associated companies, representing 14 Brazilian States. As President of the Council, the agronomist Oswaldo Abud was elected, who is in charge of an Andav associate in the Distribution of Inputs in Goiás.

Marcos Castro, who is again part of Andav’s board, is Commercial Director at Fiagril, a company that for more than 34 years has been a reference in grain origination, distribution of agricultural inputs, and biodiesel production in the State of Mato Grosso.

“This Board of Directors has the mission of continuing the activities, strengthening the Distribution of Agricultural and Livestock Inputs in Brazil, increasingly taking to the members initiatives and actions that contribute to the Advocating of the Sector, developing platforms, courses and activities that empower the members and their employees, in addition to continuing the process of providing tools and services that help the distributor manage his business and seek more partners that bring benefits to the members, thus generating a stronger and more sustainable Input Distribution in each new cycle,” reinforces Castro.

Andav has been active for over 30 years in the strengthening and distribution of inputs in Brazil. Currently, it brings together more than two thousand companies in the sector in all regions of Brazil, being one of the main responsible for articulating important links in the agricultural and livestock production chain.
