Code of Ethics and Ombudsman

Our Code of Ethics brings the company’s commitment to generate results with transparency and honesty in our relationships. Therefore, this document aims to guide and direct our employees as to the ethical behavior expected in Fiagril’s professional and commercial relationships.

Ombudsman

Reports of irregularities, misconduct and violations of the Code of Ethics or norms of the company or the legislation in effect, as well as criticisms, suggestions for improvement or praise should be directed to our Ombudsman Channel, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by telephone or email. All contacts are treated confidentially and can be anonymous. All events will be forwarded for action or directed to the Ethics Committee.
