Fiagril recebe homenagem por 10 anos de contribuição para o desenvolvimento do Tocantins
Fiagril’s operation in agribusiness was recognized by the Government of the State of Tocantins. Last week, the company received a tribute for ten years of contribution to the social and economic development of the region, made by providing services to rural producers.
The action was performed by the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Services, Tom Lyra. For Fiagril’s CEO, Henrique Mazzardo, the acknowledgment validates the company’s operation, which has been actively working to bring products, technical assistance and quality inputs to the farmers of Tocantins.
“It was the first State to which we expanded beyond Mato Grosso territory. With time, we brought an important infrastructure in storage for local producers, in addition to the technical assistance service that the company traditionally offers,” he points out.
To date, Fiagril has three commercial stores and a warehouse in operation. The first City to receive one of the branches was Gurupi (214 km from Palmas). There are also units in Porto Nacional and Guaraí. Besides these units, the company also operates in Silvanópolis, with a soy and grain storage unit with a capacity of 60 thousand tons.
“We are delighted and honored to be able to operate in this region that represents a great channel and potential for Brazilian agribusiness. We are contributing to the development of agriculture, and we always work focused on operating in partnership, bringing advancement to this economic sector,” concludes Henrique Mazzardo.
Fiagril operates from the origination of grains, distribution of agricultural inputs, in addition to the production of biodiesel. Its purpose is to transform lives by connecting sustainable production to the world. Currently, it has 26 units and about two thousand customers.
