Fiagril donates notebooks and printers to the Instituto dos Cegos of Mato Grosso

Fiagril delivered last week to the Instituto dos Cegos of Mato Grosso, five laptops, two printers and two “Golbol” balls. The initiative was idealized by the Information Technology team, which observed that the equipment was no longer being used, although it was still in perfect conditions of use and, therefore, could be donated to cooperate with the development of the institution.

According to Ricieri Casadey, IT manager, this action is inserted in Fiagril’s Social Program. The company has been developing support fronts for social organizations. “Technology is the best way to facilitate the learning process of the institution’s students. By using accessibility resources, they can study much more easily.

The company’s Director of Origination and Industrial Operations, Guilherme Kummer, says that Fiagril has been developing actions that contribute to social organizations because it believes that supporting the social development of the communities where it is inserted is directly linked to its purpose. “This indicates that we are on a right path that we can believe in a world without borders for solidarity.”

The president of the Instituto dos Cegos, Udeilson Cézar de Arruda, thanked and detailed that this is not the first time that the company meets the needs of the entity, especially in digital inclusion. “Without a doubt, this partnership will add a lot to our work. This donation is making a lot of difference and giving school autonomy to the disabled people”, he concluded.
